Welcome to Asasa, a Business-Critical Asset Intelligence platform provided by WeSimplifAI Private Limited (“WeSimplifAI,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Asasa website, application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Asasa, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use Asasa.
Asasa provides a Business-Critical Asset Intelligence platform designed to bring together and contextualize the information surrounding physical assets — including asset identity, specifications, documentation, service history, observations, condition signals, configurations, relationships and other operational context.
Asasa uses software and AI-based capabilities to help users understand assets, surface relevant context, identify information that may deserve attention, and support operational decision-making. Asasa is an intelligence layer — it does not replace your organization’s authoritative operational, maintenance, financial or enterprise systems.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Asasa account. The Service is intended for business and operational use and is not directed at children.
You must be authorized to use Asasa on behalf of any organization for which you create or use an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You retain ownership of the data, documents, specifications, records and other information you provide to or connect with Asasa (“Customer Data”). You grant WeSimplifAI the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise use Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, operate, secure and support the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Customer Data to the Service, and you should not provide information you are not authorized to disclose or process.
Asasa — including its software, technology, interfaces, designs, algorithms, models, documentation and branding — remains the property of WeSimplifAI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying technology to you.
Asasa provides contextual intelligence, insights, anomaly signals and recommendations to assist human decision-making. Asasa does not act as an autonomous operational authority.
Information generated or inferred by Asasa may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be evaluated against appropriate source information, operational procedures and professional judgment. Your organization and its authorized personnel remain responsible for verifying asset information, determining operational state, executing maintenance or other actions, and ensuring appropriate safety and regulatory compliance.
Asasa may recommend. It does not silently become the authority over your asset’s operational state.
You agree not to:
Asasa may integrate with or operate alongside third-party systems, including ERP, EAM, CMMS, cloud, operational or other business software. Your use of third-party systems remains subject to the applicable terms of those providers. Where you authorize Asasa to connect to a third-party system, you are responsible for maintaining the necessary permissions and authorizations for that connection. WeSimplifAI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or operation of third-party systems or information supplied by them.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but Asasa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features of the Service from time to time, and may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements or our practices. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users or our systems.
Upon termination, your right to access the applicable Service will end, subject to any provisions intended to survive termination. Any subscription-specific termination or data-retention provisions may be governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
Asasa is intended to help organizations understand their physical assets and make better operational decisions. We do not guarantee that Asasa will identify every asset issue, anomaly, failure or maintenance requirement, or that its outputs will always be accurate, complete or current. Asasa should be used together with appropriate operational controls, procedures, professional judgment and authoritative information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeSimplifAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of WeSimplifAI Private Limited, subject to applicable law.
